I suppose it’s been a while
since I’ve updated this thing! What can I tell you?!

I have joined the
world of smart phones, and retired my faithful flip. I got an iPhone 4S… had I
waited a month or so, I could’ve gotten an iPhone 5. C’est la vie.
·
CABAM had a
reunion in Nashville!!! And Aly and Sarah came up to visit J My apartment has been a revolving door – which I
simultaneously love and find exhausting.
·
I went to Ohio! We
went up and I got to meet Ray’s parents and his grandparents, got some good
home cooking, too!
·
I went camping
for the first time in ages – complete with a canoe trip. Much needed time
around a campfire, aaannnddd my craving for s’mores has been met.
·
I found a delicious
new carrot cake recipe. Fall means the baking season has begun!
·
I felt like I
experienced another rite of passage as an adult: arguing with a utility company
over a messed up bill. Thankful that things were resolved (hopefully!) J
·
I’m thoroughly in
love with having the windows in my apartment open in this glorious weather.
In other news, Dad is coming
down to visit this weekend and explore Nashville. Rachel is moving in with me
for a week, and I have the joyous hope of going home in a few short weeks! I am
so excited to see my family and the pups… they are the greatest.
